Our Process

12 Steps Towards Your Perfect Home

Step 1 | Get In Touch

Fill out our form or schedule a call and tell us more about the vision you have for your home. Describe your ideas as best as possible, and attach any pictures you may have for us so we can start envisioning your perfect renovation.

Step 2 | Phone Consultation

We’ll have a phone consultation to discuss your project more in-depth. We'll gather your overall expectations of the home remodel. We will provide you insights on pricing, product options, designs, timelines & warranties. If we're a great fit, we can discuss scheduling an in-home consultation.

Step 3 | In-Home Consultation

We’ll visit you on-site to walk you through the space and start visualizing your project by creating a design line by line. Our professional will go over the project’s steps to give you insights on the process. He'll take exact measurements, and prepare the necessary information we need to get you a pre-construction agreement. The in-home consultation has a $150-$225 fee that goes towards the overall cost of your project.

Step 4 | Signing The Contract

After your agreement is formulated back at the office, We walk through the contract together line by line and answer any questions you may have and formulate written and verbal expectations. Once we’re on the same page and in agreement on the project details, we’re ready to move forward to the next step.

Step 5 | Designing Your Space

Ready for the fun part! This is where you're teamed up with a professional to express your ideas and preferences as we design your renovation together. We’ll show you exactly how your house will look so that you can be comfortable with every change. This is where the excitement and value play a big role. We'll guide you on preferences to stay within your budget and play a role in confirming products together creating a timeless space that can last you years to come.

Step 6 | Pre-Job Walkthrough

Before beginning construction, we’ll do a pre-job walk-through with you and make sure we have everything we need to transform your home into the place you’ve always wanted. This is a critical step in transitioning communication. This will be done line by line and we'll confirm any change order requests and verify the execution and timeline of the project. You'll be knowledgeable on our customer relationship portal and will have a Heads Up Display of your upcoming events and timelines.

Step 7 | Protecting The Home

We take the time to set up the necessary drop protections and floor coverings to avoid any potential spills or messes out side of where the project is contained. We'll confirm worksite locations and day to day considerations of your home.

Step 8 | We Get To Work

After the design is approved and we have aligned expectations, we’ll start building your space. We are effective, have an eye for detail, and will address any concerns you have. We want your comfort during the whole process. You will have both a lead foreman and superintendent that works as a team to schedule and facilitate a successful hand built project just for you.

Step 9 | Cleaning the Site

Upon close completion we'll get the punch list finished and make sure you’re able to enjoy your home as soon as possible. Our cleaners will clean up the space and leave it spotless so that you and your family can celebrate your new space immediately.

Step 10 | Post-Job Walk

Before we leave, we’ll do another walkthrough with you where we show all of the upgrades that have been performed. Once you’re satisfied, you’re free to enjoy your new space!

Step 11 | Five-Year Warranty

Along with a five-year craftsmanship warranty, you also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials. If something happens that is within our control and is in the warranty and contract, we’ll fix it for you as quickly as possible and cover the labor to do so.

Step 12 | Follow-Up

We care about your long-term happiness. This is why we’ll follow up three days, three weeks, and 1 year after finishing your project.

Her background includes serving as a Senior Design Associate at The Tile Shop, where she specialized in material selection and design consultations, as well as working in a design center focused on kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and hardwood. This wide range of experience gives her a strong understanding of the products and finishes that make BGC projects stand out.
 
Along the way, Brittany has built strong customer service skills that make the remodeling process smoother for homeowners. She understands client needs, manages expectations with care, and ensures every detail supports both quality and satisfaction.
